Our Environmental Education Officer Visited St.Edwards Primary School in Darwen to speak with their Eco Team on all things dog poo 💩
They spoke about the ongoing issue in the area (which seems to be something we are noticing more of sadly) and have come up with a plan of action to get the message across.
– Educate! Educate! Educate! Create posters with different messages to engage residents to pick up the poo!
– Create dog poo bag dispensers from milk bottles to put up around the school grounds
Let’s hope our action plan works and make a difference to the local area!
