Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has introduced a pilot for over 9,000 properties!

These properties will be in the following wards:  

 

  • Audley & Queen’s Park-  Collections start 4 Feb 2026

  • Billinge & Beardwood 

  • Roe Lee 

  • Shear Brow and Corporation Park 

  • Livesey with Pleasington 

  • Mill Hill & Moorgate 

  • Wensley Fold 

  • Blackburn South & Lower Darwen 

  • Darwen West 

  • Darwen East
